Loved the story and the characters the artstyle is really well done and the sfx fit perfectly the only bug i encountered is that the text kinda slipped from the dialogue and didnt align correctly other than that great game!

thx for the feedback, glad u enjoyed the concept and liked the visuals! yeah i agree more levels would have made the game better but with the jam time limit i focused more on making each level feel unique and polished instead of adding more just for length since its just a prototype not a finished game, thx for playing!
Pretty cool take on the theme a countdown that when it hits zero changes weapons is a clever and well thought concept the 2 things that could be improved is the menu design and more importantly the game difficulty cause it felt super hard just to survive for a bit with all those enemies spawning so fast, but overall good game.
I really loved how this game trolled me lmao like the fact i was struggling to stay alive and suddenly the game offered to lower the difficulty it just said "it is broken" and left lol anyways, loved the mechanics and ur take on the theme though art could be improved anything else is really well done and polished great job.
thx for the feedback, glad u enjoyed the game and liked the charm of the art! yeah i agree that the flame hitboxes could be a bit confusing because of the 2.5d look, i noticed that a few people had a similar issue so i will definitely look into making them feel more natural, and yeah more levels would have been great but i had to focus on polishing the experience within the jam time and show a prototype rather than a full on indie game, thx for playing!
thx for the feedback, really glad u enjoyed the game! im happy u noticed the ticking mechanic because i spent some time trying to make the countdown feel more stressful without just putting a timer on the screen, and yeah its kinda surprising how just a few people increased music frequency because it fits the theme so well lol, thx for playing!
thx for the feedback, glad u enjoyed the game and liked the art and sfx! yeah i actually i added bg music tho its barely noticeable because i wanted the sound of the bomb ticking to be more noticeable than the actual bg music, but i agree that music would have added more to the atmosphere, thx for playing!
thx for the feedback, really glad u enjoyed the game and liked the art! yeah level 5 was meant to be a bit more challenging (since its the last level) but i get what u mean about the hitboxes especially with the flames, i’ve seen that come up a few times so i’ll definitely look into making it feel a bit more fair, happy u liked the balance overall tho, thx for playing!
thx for the feedback, glad u enjoyed the game! thats a really good point about the fire traps, i see how the timing and hitbox can be confusing especially when the fire just disappears, i’ll definitely look into making that clearer and more fair, happy u liked the level design and the stress of the timer lol, thx for playing!
Pretty unique and interesting take on the theme i liked it, i loved the artstyle even tho i would suggest giving the main character more personality instead of a full white body, the sfx fit well and the mechanics are well executed i also loved the world and house design u made another suggestion would be is that when the player stands on front of a door to draw a placeholder of the input (in this case W) that would clarify it more, but overall great game!
I really enjoyed this game it was pretty fun i loved the sfx they fitted pretty well with the artstyle u went for i loved the idea of a bomb ticking down it adds somewhat of a tension to the game which fits the theme pretty well my only small suggestion for this game is that sometimes i mess up with how to place the chairs and end up with no other possibilities to solve the puzzle so i had to restart the game multiple times, and i even tried pressing the R key on the right bottom of the screen though it would only restart the room but ended up restarting the game but overall great game dude!
EDIT: didnt know it was a custom engine aswell thats awesome and more impressive.
I really loved the way to interpreted this theme i dont think i have seen anyone done a boss fight right away from the beginning from the game, i really liked it tho u could have added more enemies to the boss like some flying minions he creates every like 180 frames that would have added so much more depth to the gameplay, but overall i really liked this game.
Surprised this game hasnt got the attention it deserves, i really love how polished it is and well thought about the mechanics are just awesome like every time i steal something and store it in my backpack i gain more weight which means im slower and cant jump as higher as before, i also loved the artstyle and the house design its really well made i had so much fun with it, great job!
Like gravity in both the boxes and the player specially for the boxes felt kinda light and the gravity for the player getting pulled down felt kinda exaggerated if u get what i mean, i dont mean its bad i meant it could be played with their values and make it feel more balanced and realistic, hope that makes it clear.
thx for the feedback, glad u liked the effects and the art, i really spent a lot of time trying to make the game feel polished even with the jam time limit so im glad it shows, and yeah i agree more content would have made the game better but i had to focus on polishing the core experience and show a prototype not a full on finished game, thx for playing!
This game is actually impressive ngl the fact u did this with ur custom engine is crazy for a jam i really loved the graphics probably the best i have seen so far it looks so awesome i loved the mechanics of the game aswell as the dog who i can send him to bark at a specific location with my mouse and call him back, its really fun and one of my favorites from the jam, well done.
thx for the feedback, you are actually the first person to mention performance issues so it might be related to your setup, specially since i tested the game on a bunch of different laptops before submitting, but i will definitely keep an eye on it because lag can really affect the feeling of the countdown, thx for playing
The game concept and ur take of the theme is actually pretty well thought i liked it although there are a couple of things that could improve this game a lot like better artstyle and better menu design and a tutorial level instead of plain text, its really fun though lacked a bit of depth in terms of gameplay overall great game dude!
I actually liked these puzzle game and i actually played a few so far in the jam tho i feel yours is well executed and implemented specially in terms of difficulty level its super balanced i loved the simple artstyle and sfx used here tho level 16 felt a bit confusing i spent a couple of minutes trying to beat it, but overall good game dude!
