I am not a pixel art artist, in fact I was looking to hire a pixel art artist that's why I opened your post, but this is useless for work, as I told you, the AI would work for illustrations, but not for pixel art, since I need a real pixel grid with pixel perfect, none of the canva images you show here can be used as psd or in aseprite, it is a portfolio that is useless for work
While I don't support AI, I'm not just saying this because of that. What you're showing is genuinely useless when it comes to using it at a professional level
If you are going to use AI, it would make more sense for illustrations and not things like pixel art, because in pixel art you need to work with pixel perfect, real pixels, not the illusion of pixels because it is generating an image with squares or boxes
Where is the part "assisted"
There is only 1 image that seems at first glance to respect the pixel grid, but then it has internal textures each one with no correlation
Assisted what? You typed the prompt and the machine did the rest? lol
This is of no use at a professional level, it is not on a real canvas of pixels, each image has a different grid pixel distribution, It cannot be modified or edited in programs like aseprite
Hi, I checked on the project. I have a couple of questions. I saw in the "Round 2 of Hiring" post that the second character artist position is open. Can I still apply even though the deadline has over? I just learned about the project today.
I also want to ask, what's the pay? I see that the role description includes a revshare. Is that the only compensation method, or is there pay for the work? Thank you very much for your attention.
Hi, how are you? Good luck with your project. I've been looking around a bit at what you've done, and I have a question I'd appreciate if you could answer. I saw that IGN posted about your game, Sweet Slaughter, and also posted a trailer on the GameTrailers channel and YT. How can you advertise there? Is there a cost?
