Thank you so much! Glad that you enjoyed the game! And yes, I was a bit mean with the design of the last level. xD

Thank you! ^^

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed the game. ^^

Thank you so much! Yes I agree about the Level 1 difficulty and the intuitiveness of the controls. Probably a short in-game tutorial, how the launching and velocity works, would have been best. Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you! Glad that you enjoyed it ^^

Thank you!

Really cool concept! Could really see this being expanded upon so that you can craft the ultimate heroes journey.

Very cool concept. It would be sick if the different decisions had branching paths, but that's of course insurmountable in a 3-day game jam. An option-menu for sound-control is also always a welcome addition. ^^ Overall really nice though!

Nice little platformer! Visually this is really clean, especially the intro-sequence.

Cool bullet-hell type game. Managed to beat it in my second attempt. ^^ The movement and visuals are already pretty clean! Some sound effects would definitely enhance the experience. Also some general features, like options and the ability to reload are always welcome additions. Overall nicely done!

Really cool game. Could definitely see this evolving with new mechanics and such. You also nailed the visuals, clean and simple. The only thing missing is some music. Nicely done!

Really neat game and of course an amazing concept. Was really stoked to see someone with the same basic idea as me. ^^ Nicely done!

Thanks for playing! Yeah getting the direction right is really tricky at the start ^^

... think alike ;)

Really nice and simple game. Also very impressively polished for just three hours of work. This really just needs a catchy tune to go hard on mobile devices! One small note though, some options to manage how loud the game is goes a long way! Nearly blew my ears off the first time playing xD

Definitely can see some getting over it inspiration. ;) You managed to replicate the weird controls pretty well! But some music and sound effects would definitely enhance the experience. Overall nicely done though!

Thank you!

Yes, initially the game can be quite overwhelming. But after the initial learning curve new highscores should come naturally. ^^

Thank you so much!

I've actually thought about having the music get more intense as time goes on, but I wasn't able to implement it in a way I liked during the jam. ^^

Thank you so much! I agree that the game can be quite overwhelming, especially when first playing it.

But it's definitely possible to hold your own against the enemy waves for quite a while! For reference, during my tests my highest score was around 260. ^^

Thank you! Yes there are definitely things that could be polished further, but I'm quite happy with everything I managed to implement. ^^

Thanks for the feedback. The game has music and sounds, so it's likely something on your side. Maybe your browser is low on volume?

I agree that the tutorial could probably be shorter though.

Thanks!

Thanks, the game being enjoyable is good enough for me! ^^

Thanks you so much! It's possible that the pickup, that is thrown, reaches it's maximum range and disappears right before reaching the target. Which can definitely get frustrating if it keeps happening. xD
Definitely something that can be improved so thanks for the feedback!

Thank you! Yes initially I had only planned to be able to switch the Towers element but I found that there was a lot of "idle"-time then, so adding some mechanics on top definitely helped!

Thanks for the feedback! Yes the tutorial is probably longer than it has to be. ^^

Thank you for the feedback! Yes the Tower blocking the "mark" especially is probably something I should probably fix. ^^

It's crazy that no one caught that during my playtests. xD Thanks for the hint!

Really fun game and concept! Though I think some of the hitboxes need some tweaking and an indicator for the edge of the map would be nice. Overally nice job though!

Really nice puzzle game! Had a lot of fun finding the most efficient solutions. ^^

Thank you so much! Yes it definitely takes a while to get into the groove of things. ^^

Really cool concept! There definitely needs to be a damage mitigation mechanic, or just more healing as I don't think that you can survive all of the chip-damage. Overally rally fun game that could definitely be expanded in interesting ways!

Fun puzzle game! Some sound effects would really help the atmosphere. Everything else is really nice and polished though!

Really insanely fun game! I had to try a bit to understand the healing mechanic fully, so an in-game tutorial might be nice. But the concept is really cool and could definitely be expanded by having different party members and skills. Nicely done!

Really cool concept for both the "Support-" and the "Only one Shot"-Theme! I was just barely able to defeat all 5 stages with a sliver of mana left. The game could definitely be expanded in interesting ways, like getting to add members to your party, different battles, skills, upgrades etc.
The barrier-skill is a little bit too strong i think, as just tapping the button clears all bullets within range, so I was able to preserve alot of mana that way. (But I'm also not sure if the dragon can even be beat without that xD)
I would also say that the dragon becomes a bit too tanky in the later stages, as the gameplay doesn't change over the run.
Also I think there needs to be at least one attack that cannot be blocked with the barrier, like the dragon smashing into the party either on the top or the bottom of the screen, so you have to move out of the way.
Overall though really fun game, good job!

Thanks for the feedback!

Really cute game and pixelart! Finding the optimal ways around the map to get to each energy-cell was quite fun. ^^

Very good idea and insanely polished!

Thank you!

Thank you! I've not thought about the similarities to chess but you're right! Needing to think about the different board states and what gives you the best fighting chance is pretty similar ^^
