Thanks for trying it!
Being new to Unity and the C# syntax it was a learn as I go project so I tried to keep it simple while still creating all the assets.

Thanks for trying it! I had thought about skipping text, but being new to Unity and the C# syntax I didn't have time to add it in.

Thanks for trying it! I did go a little yellow heavy, I agree.

Very cool and unique concept! The resource and crafting progression works really well and the upgrades were a nice touch.  Played it all the way through and enjoyed every bit. Will keep tabs to see where you take it in the future!

Addicting with simple mechanics. Just what you want in a puzzle game!

Fun and clever puzzle game. Well done!

Very polished and lots of fun. I'm sure I'll be back to play a few times.

Super frustrating and I love it! Appreciate the unlimited retries!

Really like the art and overall style! Fun combat and nice array of weapons and power ups.

Fun! I liked the upgrade tree and trying to keep the swing speed up. Being able to bash yourself was a nice touch!

I like the art style and the take on the theme! Simple and intuitive with a good story. I enjoyed it!

Well done! I liked the variety of ships (distance, space). The random events on various planets was nice as well. This is the type of game I would continue to play.

Thank you!

Thanks!

Very well done. I love a good puzzle game!

Thank you for the suggestion. I learned how to create a linux version and have uploaded it in case you still want to give it a try!

Hello,

Thanks for having a look. I did plan to add actual models, textures and sound effects.
The idea was that it would be a 'protect the base' type game. The turret would be mounted on top of that base and would hold off the incoming attack long enough to give the people in the base time to escape.
If the enemy units reach the base they would unload a certain number of troops who would storm the base. The base defenses can hold off a certain number of troops, but if too many enemies reach the base, you are defeated.
More difficult enemies would fire at the turret in an attempt to destroy the it.

I do plan to continue working on it and perhaps I will post an update in the future.
