Cool mechanics especially once the teacher starts walking around after a couple levels, great job! I like the unique level design too as you get to the later levels but wow the train level was pretty hard, I kept falling off

Glad to hear you liked it and thanks for playing all the way through, that's awesome! I definitely have some ideas on how to further expand on these mechanics but simply ran out of time during the game jam. I'll probably keep tinkering with this project for a bit to see how much more I can get added though

Thanks really appreciate it! Yeah I used noise to get the weather somewhat realistic (or at least better than completely random). When I put on a debug mode you can see how like weather bunches up into distinct clumps depending on the noise values at each specific tile. Took a bit of tweaking the noise frequency and other variables but pretty happy with how it turned out.

Really cool idea for a game and I really liked the art style, good job! I was slightly confused at first about how I could only select the leftmost option but once I figured that out it was a pretty neat game

Loved the art and sound in the game, it made it really fun! I managed to get cured right before the timer ran out

(1 edit)

Oh man I can't believe I missed that, whoops! Yeah when pressing a city the top option should be Saturday and the bottom should instead be Sunday. I went ahead and added a note to the game page to hopefully help confused people. Thanks for pointing this out!

I really liked when you're able to run fast and get a lot of pickups and lightning at the same time, it felt really satisfying! Took me a minute to figure out how the lightning mechanic worked but once I did it was probably my favorite part. Good job!

Super fun puzzles, great job! Took me a bit to understand at first but the weight mechanics are really interesting and fun. The notes after you die definitely helped a ton with trying to understand some of the mechanics

Fun game, good job! I like the variety in all the minigames, you managed to add quite a bit! I never could seem to win any of the watermelon minigames though

Nice game it was fun even if I didn't quite make it in time. A small improvement would have been allowing for the user to press and hold to mine. I felt like I was often rapidly clicking to mine

This was a really fun game to play, good job! Balancing energy, hp and card positions made for really interesting gameplay

Nice game, I had a lot of fun playing this one! It sort of reminds me of superhot a bit. One possible improvement: for a game where it feels like you're trying to move really fast I think some of the timings for things felt a bit drawn out like shooting reload and getting someone else's time. You wanted to be quickly moving but had to wait for long animations

Super cool game, I love the puzzles. Great job!

Really fun and absolutely loved the music it fit perfectly. Definitely gets tricky once the enemies completely surround you

Fun platformer, good job! The timings on certain jumps was really nice and close on sections of the map like the falling platforms

hmm it looks like the game is zoomed in too far maybe? A lot of stuff on the edges of the screen appear to be clipped

Nice game, good job! I really liked the art but it sort of felt like it took awhile to finally win

Awesome job, this game was super addicting I couldn't stop

Very well executed and polished game! Best I managed to get was 71s

Fun little game, good job! I liked the overall concept and lol at the company name

Fun game, great job! Wow that difficulty sure did ramp up fast starting on floor 30 but once I got used to the fast pace it wasn't too difficult! I really liked all the different weapons you added but early on it was hard to tell if some weapons were actually doing any damage. I'm guessing the enemies just had much higher health so something like a health bar could have been helpful

Fun game good job! I feel like all the oxygen placements were all really well done both leading you in the correct direction and still keeping up the pressure wondering if you'd run out

Fun incremental game! I liked the random alien person I got at some point

This is probably my favorite puzzle game from the jam I've played so far, great job! The various tile transformations and conveyors made for fun puzzles and I also really liked the clean UI. One thing that I think would make the game a little easier to understand would be to update producers and consumers to visually display what they create/expect instead of having to manually hover over the tiles since the hover also takes awhile to display

I like the concept but I couldn't seem to fight back against the enemies at all. I saw a knife on the table that I'm guessing needs to be picked up first but pressing E didn't seem to let me pick it up.

Nice game! The turret throwing was fun

Thanks! Yeah totally understand that its a bit confusing at first. I was definitely struggling to properly teach the mechanics during the short time period. Was planning on making a short animation after a round to show the weather moving over the weekend so players can better understand how the weather moved but just ran out of time.

I couldn't seem to capture any of them but overall pretty fun game, good job!

I like the bouncing projectiles once you level up a bit!

Fun little incremental game! I finished in 174 seconds after spam clicking my mouse for awhile

Fun game and the art looks great! Some of the minigames were a bit confusing the first time. I liked the frantic pacing scrambling to try to get one more minigame done before the time runs out. Moving your character around feels a little clunky at times but overall great job!

This game is so much fun! The sounds and animations make everything feel so polished and rewarding great job!

Really fun game but I can never seem to get to the 3rd toad in time - I keep losing about 500m away. Any tips? Love how intense it feels with the music and visuals as time counts down

Very fun game managing all the different resources while also trying to fight off the waves of enemies. Difficulty definitely ramps up pretty quick (or could be a skill issue) I made it to around wave 7 or so and got obliterated after my army got too low and couldn't recover. Game looks very nice and polished as well and I love seeing the units hop around. Good job!

The time travel mechanic is pretty neat and I could see it leading to some really interesting puzzles! There were a couple small janky cases where I accidently traveled to a place that already had something there and it would get me stuck in terrain but overall really I like it!

The flipboard looks very cool!

I like the art its very nice, good job! Made it to the 4th level but fighting the enemies was a bit confusing to tell when you were hitting them. Also seems like they would unexpectedly teleport around sometimes

Fun game mechanic and I really loved the visuals the dithering looked great! I could only manage to get a high score of 164, I never could seem to get past The Count

Fun game! I really liked the fire on oil mechanic/visuals that was very well done

I liked the controls, idk if I've ever spun my scroll wheel so much in a game!
