thank you very much, that is great to hear <3

the relics were rushed, i tried making a build around lava but didn't really get to it, as well as stopping the need to spam a single tile

i'm glad you enjoyed it despite the glaring flaws, i wasn't really considering developing it further but i'm fairly surprised by its reception so i'll probably at least try to fix those flaws soon

thank you very much! a lot of what you suggested was a thought but i didn't have enough time to test them! roguelike would definitely be the direction i'd go. carrying the score was intended, the first few islands are supposed to be easy to allow building up relics, though i didn't do a whole lot of testing so resetting score on each island might have been better

i'm glad you enjoyed despite its flaws :D

incredibly creative, i've critiqued a lot of games but honestly i can't think of much to offer this idea because there's a whole lot of potential. some of the levels were very challenging and i can't imagine doing some without hints, there could be a better introduction to some concepts but for a jam game this is great

pretty solid puzzle game! i liked going back to see what i had missed and it wasn't frustrating at all to run out of time

good concept, though tbh most of my time was spent waiting, a naturaly speeding up of sand falling could be fun but the points seem to just incentivise waiting and it's pretty easy not to die. i respect the creativity though!

i love how the game looks, i think more enemy or item variety could be cool but this game does what it intends to very well

well polished little puzzle game. the presentation is very impressive, the sfx, music, and artwork are all beautiful and make for a fun experience

the randomised powers and challenge to get all 3 was fun! some QoL for platformers (namely coyote time) would be useful but otherwise fun to play.

the turret concept is very good! interesting puzzle game, i only wish you could see the whole level somehow so you can actually plan for the puzzles. pretty fun either way though!

good narrative, fun gameplay, and very unique concept, well done

very fun! i adored this. there's a lot of character in the writing, the roguelike elements are very well done and this is insanely impressive for a jam game.

i didn't really like the bomb with the fuses, i think keeping the gameplay within the circle is probably better even when going for a high stress/intensity game, but the others i think were well designed and interesting! and this is more of a nitpick but i wish overlapping segments all got clicked when you tap on them :3 otherwise thats all the criticism i have, this is a contender for the best game i've played in the jam

it was fun! still no idea how the stock were working since i did not know if i was investing or not but otherwise it's an alright game

i think theres a lot of potential if you plan to expand this more! i will definitely play more if/when there is a less buggy version

fun gameplay! i think this game does what it tries to do well! i don't see much of the theme and do think there is something missing in terms of a unique concept (which gives you loads of options to expand the game if you so wish) or interesting items/enemies mechanically, but within the scope of a jam game i think this is a fun and very nicely presented experience

fun concept and the overall aesthetic is very pleasing! ran into a lot of bugs and crashes though, so didn't manage to get very far into any run

you have a really good idea here! reminds me of presentable liberty, which (whilst a very dark game which i'd be careful about if it might be too triggering) tells its story similarly, especially with the game of escapism inbetween messages from the outside world. i'd totally check this out again once it's finished! more time to write interactions like this and more fleshed out characters could do really well here.

(also, just a small suggestion, but during the videogame sections i thought it would be a pretty cool idea if it were literally impossible for the player to beat the highscore set by allie and freya)

this is a really interesting concept! the upgrades here are good as are the enemies, all pretty solid gameplay. the main bit of feedback i'd give outside of that is that i think if this game were to be developed further, i think making synergies and  specifically anti-synergies between upgrades would be a good step forward, since i think there's a lot of potential in making their placement in the (timeline?) more impactful as i don't think you have to think about that too much currently? impressive game overall and i enjoyed very much!

this game is so charming! the dialogue is really strong and the different cat abilities and towers are done very well

thank you very much! glad you liked the concept

a very fun experience! it was pretty easy, i think the speed scaling could probably go a little faster, but the ship that made you lose time on hitting it was a very interesting addition

very unique puzzle game with lots of complexity! i'm very surprised this hasn't been tried before, honestly, lovely game

i like how waiting is implemented and the puzzles are fun! theres a lot of room for expanding the concept but this is a good experience

enjoyable! took a little bit to figure out the boss health bar but this is otherwise a fun, well-presented experience and parrying feels very good to do

the restart button doesn't seem to work for me, so this essentially became a rage game, but i honestly think it works very well as that, i kept playing even when the sheep just walked into death + the art looks very good too!

easily the most fun and satisfying game i've played this jam, so simple but fun to play! if i had one addition, it would be for upgrades to not override each other

the art looks lovely! the gameplay i feel kinda lends itself towards spam clicking, and the mechanics with enemies are unclear, but this is absolutely a great concept and it looks very pretty

pretty good foundation for a puzzle game! enjoyed

good story! the time mechanic is well implemented and the writing is pretty good. i feel all the details of your identity could be introduced a little more slowly, and theres a lot of potential in the concept, but it was still very enjoyable

amazing concept! i kinda assumed all the puzzles would be fairly easy but it pretty quickly showed me the complexity in the concept, very well made

very good! nice precision platformer with solid visuals and aesthetics, a very satisfying experience

this is actually really good to hear <3 implementing the relics was kinda rushed and i had intended to allow discarding them/having more choice in getting them (especially for the sand eater and similar) but ran out of time but im really happy you found it cool! thanks for playing

pretty good game! it's just a generally pretty good turn-based rpg, will definitely keep on playing

very well made! the concept works incredibly well and it's very fun and challenging when you get far enough

very good sound, music, and fairly satisfying to play! i think a natural next step of this type of game is to make each level more interesting with modifiers since it was fairly easy to tell which gears were best overall in every case, but definitely the most fun game i've played so far
