that’s fair. A week working on it with 12 people will be difficult. I think I remember you saying that you were working with other uni students too so I completely understand the difficulty with communications especially under such time constraints. Fun concept though and definitely a good learning experience!

I just rated, let me know what you think of our game https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-16/rate/4944425

Visuals and music was on point but a lot of UI was left to be desired. To be quite honest, I was just spamming cards and not knowing what each does. At first I thought it was a similar mana system to Clash Royale but I never saw the meter go up or down. Spikes were also placed a little weirdly so not too sure which one to trust or not. However I do see the vision of the game and would love to see it more flushed out.

Just rated your game, would love to hear your feedback! https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-16/rate/4944425

Loved the animations and sfx of the game. Audio could have been a little louder as I had to turn everything up to max to hear. It was a little unclear about what the objective of the game was until I realize it was to catch the Ditties so maybe have it actually state out "You have 5 guesses to catch the Ditties" but that could just be me being slow.

10 games ... i killed innocents 8 of those games :D. my brain is too small apparently. Loved the dramatic music and animation of killing someone though, was not expecting that. I do wish I had a couple more hints as there were times it was a 50/50 but other than that a fun game.

Love the concept of the game and was able to beat the Tic Tac Toe version but stopped afterwards. I did encounter a bug where I passed my turn but the clock kept ticking on my side. Not exactly sure what caused this but I did spam it a lot :p.

I went broke ... and again ... then found the pattern and got rich. 100% of gamblers quit before they strike big so they say. I honestly didn't know there was a lower portion of the map since i only used A and D to move around so maybe having something poking out would help define that there might be something beneath.

Love the animation of kicking people out, always fun to point out imposters. It took me a second to understand the ticket mechanic so maybe a tutorial or brief demonstration would have been helpful at first.

Would love it if there was a bit more enemies to make the difficulty curve higher as the points grow. Other than that love the animation.

Loved the concept and escape room feeling of the game. Last puzzle was a bit weird on how it ended since I was expecting something to pop up but other than that no other complaints :D.

Would love to have people try out our game especially if you love to read. Its our first time making a heavy narrative game with different endings so would love to know what you think of it. I will try to rate as many projects as I can in return :D.

MODUS OPERANDI (n.) - a Latin phrase that translates to “a method of procedure”; a person’s usual way of doing things.

---------------------------------------------------------

In Modus Operandi, play as an F.B.I Agent called into a small-town police department to help them solve a case that’s gone cold. Read through evidence, talk to officers, and determine the truth. Will you be able to crack the case?

Love the mystery aspect and piecing all the clues for myself. At first I did think the numbers were room numbers so I was kind of confused but that's mainly cause I didn't read the tutorial carefully :p.

A bit hard for me to see in the tunnel unless I am lasered to my monitor but overall a nice concept of not trusting the narrator.

Would love it if you checked out our game :D https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-16/rate/4944425

Loved the visuals and the audio matched the visual and gameplay quite nicely. I wasn't able to finish the game as I was stuck around 70% but my only critique would be it was a little too hard at that point (or maybe i'm just bad :p). Unfortunately wasn't able to find the twist but hopefully someone will spoil it for me :D.
