Hi everyone, newbie writer/editor here looking for game writing/editing opportunities. I have one published game with an international company (Claimed by the Wolf (CBTW) on the Romance Fate: Stories and Choices app by Boke/Higgs Technologies) and I'm looking to gain more experience, preferably away from romance. Nothing wrong with it, but I don't want to get stuck doing only romance/dating sim games!
Aside from this one game, I'm in marketing for my full-time career so I have over seven years of experience in writing for social copy and blog posts. Half of my job right now revolves around editing corporate articles... and I'm also a native English speaker.
I'm down for any of the following: proofreading, lore entries, worldbuilding, etc. I do work a 9-5 but I'm available after work (ET) and during the weekends, so short/long-term projects are fine either way. I'm not really familiar with programs or coding, but I'm ready to learn since I had to pick up Boke/Higgs' internal language for the CBTW job.
I don't mind if it's a paid or unpaid opportunity, but I'd like to have credits on the finished project since I'm trying to build a portfolio.
