In 12.5 when Emma is searching for whoever planted the bomb,  when she checks the bookcase and doesn't find anything unusual, the game completely locks up and I have to use the task manager to get out of it. Is this a known problem?

I am just starting this game and have found that Lilly does not have a home on the map, and Emily is at Lilly's house. How do I find Lilly's house?

When I try to access  Manage Collections in order to consolidate several collections,  I get an error 404 page not found.
