Ohh I see! It's very interesting how the GM is incorporated based on your description. Is the GM's main role to describe environments and encounters or is there story and NPCs added as well? All good if that's too broad of a question to answer though.

This and Courier look absolutely stellar by the way, I'm very excited to pick them up!

OHH I see! It seems that Twilight Song was also included in that bundle, I didn't even notice they were put together when looking through. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction!

I'm sure there's likely explanations for playing this co-operatively in the text, but as someone who hasn't bought it yet, may I ask a question about it? :O

I was curious how it worked, if players would be traveling together, isolated, or combination of those things? I've never done a solo game let alone one that can be converted to a multiplayer one, so this is very new territory for me. Am I also right to assume playing it this way will be GMless? I didn't see it mentioned in the description or tags but I may have missed it. Thank you so much in advance!

Edit: And oh! How much prep/time would players need to read rules and make characters? Could it easily be done swiftly before playing or would it require reading ahead of time of a session?

Heyo!

I could have missed it on your page, but I was going through a bundle I picked up a year ago that has a listing called ZZZ Midnight Signal that leads to an error page. Is that something to expect here or will it be back up somewhere else in the future? :O

I was a player for this game recently and stumbled across this page so I wanted to give it a shout out- this was a lot of fun! I got to play as a Rabbit named Jack that was the pet of a teacher at the school but he was just a retired street magician that didn't actually know any magic lol

Mechanics were very simple and fun, me and the other players jumped straight into it after only a few minutes of prep guided by the GM!

This is possibly one of the most unique settings/themings I've seen for a TTRPG! I'm really excited to look into it, thank you so much for making this and some of your other work have community copies available <3 I've been eyeing MÖRK BORG and its related systems and hacks for a bit and your work might be what helps me break into it!

This is such clever design!

This is some great work, you hit the uncanny vibes beautifully with these portraits!

Awesome! Thank you for the confirmation~

Such a gnarly and unique idea! I'm absolutely finding a way to work this into a campaign in the future!

If you don't mind though, I do got a question referring to: "Destroying the data tapes ... will immediately free the victim from the curse, though not from any effects gained."

I was wondering what parts count as the curse and what counts as an effect or if that's up to GM interpretation. My current reading of it is that it releases them from the "offer" made earlier if they took it (as well as entirely prevent future attempts to reach out if they leave Blue Box operable) but the victim is still stuck with any permanent fallouts they caught during the curse.

This is a very cute concept that's full of potential! I can easily see this as a way to connect players between locations as well as give a little spot of a mini overarching mystery. I can't wait to build off of this for a future campaign~

Thank you so much for clarification, I'm very excited to see it all come to fruition! Also thank you for the correction about the Bureau Remastered, I misread that part of the page originally but it makes me happy to hear it'll still get an update in the future and that it'll be a part of the original Bureau itchio listing. I was considering picking it up in the near future so I'm glad I don't have to worry about waiting in case the update was listed separately.

Wonderful work and congrats on the backerkit success! (Forgot to say that in my original post lol)

Sorry for the silly question, I'm having a hard time parsing through info and webpages about it lol

I just missed the boat on the deluxe edition campaign on backerkit and I was wondering if copies (digital and/or physical, but mostly interested in digital) will eventually be sold to the public as well? I did see the release timeline for the deluxe edition on backerkit, but it only mentions in terms of backers ("July 2025: Digital (PDF) version of LIMINAL HORROR: Deluxe Edition is sent out to backers."). I also noticed there's a deluxe edition demo on the main/investigators itchio page, but I assume the full version will be released as a separate listing with its own price.

Am also curious about some of the other items on the backerkit like "the bureau remastered" if stuff like that will also be publicly available for purchase. Basically I can't tell what's backer-only and what will be eventually available lol Thanks in advance!
