Hello all- I'm so happy to finish get to press 'Publish' on this game I've been working on for awhile. This project was inspired by the modern 2D gameplay of online chess, I always wanted an offline sandbox of sorts to practice against bots where I could set custom ELO (skill levels) and also give then names and custom profile pics. Now with QuietChess you can play against 12 pre-made bots of various levels, or completely make your own. If you've played online chess you'll be very familiar with the standard 2D top down gameplay. I went for easy visibility and familiarity but in this offline format where you can control everything. I couldn't find an experience like this that I'd been looking for, so I decided to finally just make it myself! The game is free to download. - Julian Perry (Developer)
