Android my ram is 4+4 gb helio g85 mediatek i-downloaded the 0.30.1 when its loading before its start it turns black and crash

How can i prevent the crashes and how can i load games because when i save the game and play it it crash and I can't load it

What is the phone required ram to play it because my phone keeps it crashing when I'm playing it with 4gb ram

I have a problem when I'm playing for few minutes it crashes when im having an scene with some of characters and I can't load my saved games wth is happening.
