Hi there, been trying to get a hold of itch.io for a few weeks now as it's part of my University Module to have a professional itch.io page using CSS, the deadline is tomorrow (17th Dec) and have been asking since the 26th November

Could anyone from the support team help me? Emailing hasn't worked as I haven't heard in almost 2 weeks, I initially emailed using my uni email and then emailed with the reference number (98287) and still haven't heard back, if anyone can help me I'd be very greatful!
