I just downloaded the new version and ran low on stamina while exploring, when I waited a few turns it didn't regenerate, even leaving the location and waiting didn't regenerate stamina, I had to forfeit a request because I couldn't finish the dungeon.
(edit) A new game works fine. My primary save is from .9.1b and since playing it in the current version (10.0) The stamina doesn't regenerate.
