its rare to get a full game in this jam and i really appreciate this is self-contained with all the backstory and strong buildup. the head popping off is such a great moment, the scenes and character design are really good, i love how horror games are mixing 2d and 3d and however simple im glad it was utilized and felt necessary here

really like seeing a game in the jam integrate voice controls, even with the jank it was fun and tense to use. game was really intense on my gpu tho 😭 and the sound was driving me crazy it felt like my own footsteps were in the next room. environment was good tho, liked things getting darker and more difficult as i got deeper
really solid work, i see why you call this a proof of concept and this certainly has a lot of potential. its rare to see terminals weaved into games but i always adore the mechanic and it was done really well here, i felt like it elevated the horror while reeling in some puzzle elements naturally, always nice when the player has the choice to learn more about the environment(and end up scaring themselves)
this is such a spectacular game, i dont even know how much praise i should divulge in but i'll certainly start by saying the fact that this is your first game is doubly impressive. you absolutely smashed it on the environment, people rarely bite into medieval settings for horror and this felt really immersive, even up to the font and your great writing. im honestly really impressed with how you handled the scope as well by keeping it in one confined space because the gameplay really tied things together, the tension from the footsteps is super effective and the minigames in the cell compliment it well. sound mixing was good by the way! i would've already been content with just the one level but, ironically, i was left wanting more after the second night ended. amazing job, im sad to see im the first person to rate your game in this jam because it certainly deserves to be recognized
