Seems like it's still stuck at lvl1 MB but for things to lvl up certain events are needed

It doesn't lvl up that way you need to do dominance event for it to lvl up there's a specific event to lvl up it

Can't return once you choose which path you take

Future update, current update is focused on Hinata

Go to sleep meet with Naruto mother and choose a path you have to meet one condition to pick what side you have to do multiple love path event or hatred path event

It's lead to fighting either way
