It doesn't lvl up that way you need to do dominance event for it to lvl up there's a specific event to lvl up it
What's the event? I can't get dominance past 80.
Whenever I pick a dominant answer it says I already acquired the points :(
Seems like it's still stuck at lvl1 MB but for things to lvl up certain events are needed
