Not just arena, Puca appears when your debt starts accumulating.

There is an option to talk about business. Talk to her once she introduces herself, talk to her the 2nd time she says there's a guy in the monster town she wants you to find (after completing it and coming back, talk with her the 3rd time for a reward), 4th time is this quest.

I don't think the codpiece quest has it's end yet. I went to the vampires and tried all sorts of ways to fight them, but it keeps ending off as something about me going back to them with the codpiece (which when I do is the same as if I met them for the first time).
And by enchanted armor, I guess it's just a fetish gear for mental satisfaction. You're a androgynous male going on adventures with a cursed armor and that penetrates your anal cavities. (Providing we are talking bout the same cursed gear)

Nah fam, you turn it off in settings or options at the main menu. I believe X means it's on and a clear box means it's off.

Yeah I learned that the hard way with the Anal Virigin path. And I deleted all my saves for it cause I thought aye I musta already gotten em'. Might wanna consider having it deactivated as a default maybe.

Gotta go to the first town, go to the town square and take the "Listen to town crier" then eavesdrop, someones gonna tell you that the goddess is invinvible unless you have a special artifact, if you have  reasonable charisma, he gives u a gem. Go to witch's hut in the mid tier area, she'll trade you the artifact for 1 of few things, including said gem. You can now fight the goddess.

Yeah it doesn't. Maybe cause she's not a mob or common encounter. Some other scenes I remembered about:
1) Keep taking the option with <10 gold coins at the first towns inn. Each time is a different scene (no CG i think) and the 3rd time would be a game over (or 4th).
2) Owing a Debt at the bank, leave the town and go around exploring and "someone" will come after you. Gonna also need less than 10 gold coins for the scene (as well as losing a fight) to get the scene.

Also don't forget to try the game overs for respective mobs. Like the Harpy game over when you lose a fight and have (3) Coocoo for Cockoo (i think that's the skill)

Go the brothel, buy a girl and then force her to deep throat (i think, but ik you need low charisma to fail it for it to be "force). Repeat process again (so you would have failed the charisma check 2 times). Madame Brothel will ban you from buying girls (you can still be a girl tho) and there will be an "interesting character" waiting for you in the town square (This is a heavy texted scene and probably my favorite game over). You're gonna want to fail any stat checks if you want the scenes though.
