Does anyone know how to complete the second brothel quest I can’t figure it out.

OKAY, Here we go for Werewolf quest:
Things you need do in order:
1: Encounter a Werewolf.
2: Got knotted. (so any quest you need virginity for, better do them first.)
3: Find book in Town of Monsters Mansion area after Warlock fight.
Now you can do all that even before you pick up the quest. But the last one is the bottle she gives you after talking with her.
4: Have you or Trudy (Have Trudy "fight" option.) get screwed by Werewolf to collect sample.
5: report back again to see the text of the Brothel Manager and her pet Werewolf.
ALL DONE.
