Came searching for a cheat sheet, stayed for your awesome character sheet! Putting the steed on there makes so much sense and will really help me get my players to care about their horses. Also props to you for putting the starting items on the knights because I would definitely forget those. I'm very intrigued by the sorcery too but haven't run my first game yet so it will be a while before I dabble in that.

Glad you had fun! In this current version, we don't tweak the spawn rates of the perks so you'll see a lot of the bat letter delivery cards, but we put quite a few more specific ones in there which you need to get the really big scores. If we return to it, we'll definitely add more perks and vary the spawn rates. We had some ideas we couldn't quite fit in to the game in time.
That was a wild ride. I loved it. Really creative idea and the story made me laugh at several points. You really stick the landing. Great art and UI too.
Since all the words stay at the bottom for every character throughout, I got quite stuck in the middle, but that's fine for a game jam game. If you returned to working on the game, I can imagine how you might guide the player a bit more.
Nice idea. I could imagine it being exciting at higher levels going very fast as you have to keep an eye on both screens at once. I wonder if I might prefer having one button to jump Chill and one for Blaze, rather than having to change, but maybe that extra challenge is important 馃.
The failure screen is very cute.
I love the aesthetic and I really, really like the idea of a card battler where you control two different characters. If you did a full release of this, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I think there's a lot of room to expand on the concept and you employed the girly theme in an unconventional way. I immediately felt like I wanted to know more about the story of these characters.
