That made a big difference; I appreciate you taking the time to act on my feedback - and so quickly! I was able to finish it this time. Glad to get to experience the whole narrative.

I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere, and the contrast of the bright colours and patterns of objects with the overall darkness, and the way they would emerge from shadow as I travelled. As someone who really loves exploring, this hit all the right buttons for me. I look forward to revisiting it again in the future.

Enjoying the aesthetic, but as a lefty, not being able to re-map the movement and jump keys makes the platforming really frustrating. I'd like to explore more but can't.

Stumbled across this from TCAF's Comics x Games. Really enjoyed it!

Beautiful, but frustrating because I couldn't figure out how to really play: I could grab at faces, but nothing ever seemed to happen and the score counter never went up.

Probably my favourite game at TCAF's Comics X Games: Quick, but complete and satisfying. I loved the variety of elements coupled with the simplicity of gameplay. And I enjoyed the insight into the creator's thought processes and late night musings. Thank you!

Following up for anyone else who's in the same situation in the future: I reached out to the developer on the Playne Discord server explaining the situation and he sent me the link to the Mac version.

I bought the PC version on Steam, but realize it would be more useful for regular practice for me to have it on my laptop so am now hoping to download the Mac version. How do I get the Mac version without having to pay again?
