Thanks for the kind words and feedback! The challenge can definitely be circumvented by just creating tons of the same berries but I didn't have a ton of time at the end to really balance the game, sorry! As for the fps drop, I'm surprised that's the case as the berries don't process when they are resting, I'll have to keep performance more in mind for my next project!

Having a complete shop, building system, and farming system is super impressive for a game done in 9 days, especially considering this is your first GWJ! The pixel art was very well done and the notifications at the top right were super helpful for knowing what was going on, great job on the clarity. Farming and brewing were fun mechanics as well!
The only issue I had was some kind of desync with the mouse so as others said, I had to use the arrow keys to go full screen, but other than that the game was fantastic. Great job!
Super short, super spooky, and super well done! This game was really challenging, I ended up acting out the procedures in real life to make sure I wouldn't forget during the real thing lol. The whispering at the end of every brew was really ominous and added a lot to the atmosphere. Great job keeping the game in scope and making a polished, finished product!
This was such an interesting take on the theme. I really enjoyed the combat, it felt snappy and satisfying and the printer enemies added just the right level of difficulty. Everything looked fantastic as well. I really liked your implementation of the berry theme as power ups too, they were fun to use!
The only feedback I have is that with the rate that enemies drop coffee, the game was a little too easy for my liking. As well as that, the music was very repetitive and stressful, but maybe that's what you were going for!
Either way the game was fun and I enjoyed it a lot. Great job!
This was an adorable game. I loved the idea of a coffee shop that opened up only after dark for the ghosts and ghouls. The art was great, the detail of the drink sliding down into the transparent ghost body was so good! The cat was cute too.
Some issues I noticed were that the UI is difficult to read. I see numbers, white markers, and other symbols that I know mean something but it's hard to figure out what. The sliders on the shopping phase adjusting to fit how many more of each item you can buy threw me off, I'd prefer to the slider to just represent the amount and be told I don't have enough money to buy that amount if it's too much. Lastly, it didn't seem like I ever lost money after buying ingredients so the strategy and challenge was gone after the first few nights.
Overall this has been one of my favorites from the jam so far. Great work!
Corralling the customers into the shop was definitely a challenge, but a fun one! I liked managing the water resource and the tension between keeping customers in the bar while staying topped up on blue berries. I couldn't figure out what the red berries were for but I can imagine that with more berries come more corralling mechanics which I would have loved to see. Great job!
This game had great art and the music was an absolute banger. It was really difficult and I couldn't ever reach the quota, I wish I could mix some ingredients while leaving out others but it seemed like all I could do was brew with everything in my inventory. If there was some more strategy involved I could definitely see this being an addictive game. Great job!
This game was a great break from a lot of slow potion brewing games. I loved racing around and trying to fit into the nooks and crannies to pick up ingredients. The controls were VERY hard for me to get used to because of the perspective but they became more natural after a certain point. Overall very enjoyable. Great job!
Definitely my favorite vampire survivors like game from this game jam. The brewing to get the witch in the center to help you in combat was super unique and I loved the idea. The effects were satisfying and impressive as well, especially the bouncing ball attack. Great job, I can see this being super addicting if you flesh it out more!
This game absolutely BLEW (pun intended) me away. I absolutely love the aesthetic and the music too. The strategy of picking your own hazards that you will then have to navigate in the next round gives the game so much depth. Somehow I ended up being unable to click anything in the 3D section of the game so I had to quit early but I loved every second when I was able to play!
This is absolutely my favorite game I've played so far. I'm astounded you were able to accomplish this in a week. All the art is so detailed and your tricks for animating the character in engine were super clever. The audio is perfect and adds so much to the experience and all the different mini games were amazing surprises. Not to mention it was hilarious. The sudden inclusion of a 3D generator mad science device was hilarious. I spent the whole game wondering what this guys plan could be that involves so much fruit and the ending tied everything together and genuinely made me laugh. Thank you for this game, I can't wait to play more of your work!
I really liked how the different potions could be used for different situations, like the grey one was for far away single target, for the red one I grouped up enemies close by; that was super fun! I also loved the small square resolution it made it feel super retro and fit the theme perfectly. Loved it!
This game is one of my favorites so far. You were able to get so much character and charm into such a game with only a few sprites which was very impressive. The goblin was adorable and the perfect addition for a game that involves a lot of waiting. Being able to go click on him while waiting on the fermenting meant I never got bored. The music and scan line effect added to the vibe too. Great job!
