I found a (hacky) solution to this:

In the debug options, go to character editor and remove your penis. When you exit the editor, the cage is still there. Then you can do the normal experiments with Eliza and after that the cage is gone. Maybe other events work as well, idk. After that, go to the character editor and add back your penis. 

I had to do this after the obedience training bugged out on me and no further events were occurring.

With twitter going down the shitter, if you haven't already, you may consider joining the fediverse. There's lots of queer folks there, many of which would likely enjoy this game. Find yourself a nice small instance run by a queer admin that is accepting of smut and create an account there. Start creating your bubble by following people.
