Loved this

I didn't manage quite to see the roaches - wish the levels were longer, and the roaches slow at first and gradually sped up. Thanks for making this!

Thanks for making this! I enjoyed the scratch sound effects too, and moving to find a good strat to finish it.

honestly was really fun, impressed you implemented several interesting "risk" round effects. Cool game!

This was fun! I enjoyed playing it, thanks. I liked the feeling of going between dodging and using invuln to take no enemy damage

Here is ours, we're at 19 - please rate! https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-14/rate/3835146

Obviously GovCorp security has oven vision glasses - only laser proof battery ware will do. Thanks for playing :)

I liked the mix of mining and platforming, am not a fan of the controls - maybe this calls for a controller or something, dashing while going right is that much more difficult than while going left for example. Also kept forgetting to pick up stuff.

I do love mining games though so had a blast, thanks for making it!

I really enjoyed this! Got into the gameplay, the slight time pressure, the reaction minigame. The music was really nice too, great background vibes. Thanks for making it!

Felt fun as a platformer but did lag a bit on my end. Also not sure about having a task list - might be more immersive to have doors that only open if you have the golden cookie, or something like that, to direct the player. Thanks for making this!

I'm not the first to say it :D I accidentally restarted it after a minute or two and am not patient enough to sit through the same dialogue :(

That was fun! I enjoyed the wacky upgrades, and never did I not choose Risk. I have no clue what killed me in the end and that is life...

I enjoyed the journey to godhood! Thanks for making this.

Here is our cozy dystopian biscuit baking game https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-14/rate/3835146

This was also my first jam and we also over scoped :D but I'm told it's an occupational hazard.

Respawn animation was pretty funny, took me by surprise. I like the feel of movement, but was never quite sure what the point of winning rare gacha items was. Thanks for making this!

I also had to scale down the screen, and I also was blocked by the yellow ball. That said, controls felt good so I enjoyed that. Music might have made the repetition more enjoyable.

Also not the biggest fan of gotchas :D so some of those falling platforms right at the end of a level had me raging. Thanks for making this!

Thanks for making this! I enjoyed playing it. A couple issues - full screen didn't work for me and without that, my mouse kept going outside the play area. Also, 3d perspective is a bit annoying, didn't see anything to turn my camera which meant sometimes having to walk back to approach an enemy from a specific direction. Also would be good to have an indication when I hit an enemy that takes more than 1 hit to die, otherwise I'm never sure if I hit them. thanks again

That was fun! A bit frustrating not know rules about what happens when you have, for example, A Q Q and it's asking you to pick second highest. Also I think it would make it more exciting to have something in the game and visible on the screen rewarding you based on how quickly you answer: pushes people to go as fast as possible and causes them to make more mistakes ;)

Nice audio and visuals, I wish it was clear that the ingredients cost you the number it shows on hover - this could be done by showing more numbers in-game: your costs and your revenue once a transaction is done. Thanks for making it! Was fun to play.

Audio made it strangely hypnotic - like a mix of completely chaotic and soothing calm. Had fun, thanks for making it! Would be good to have either some skill test involved in choosing the ingredients - maybe order of ingredients changes look of cake or something like that?

Moving spikes and invisible holes in the floor were pretty frustrating :D movement is smooth, soundtrack is good and I like the wizard. All in I wish the extra mechanics I found were less gotcha. agree with Voley the rage bait is real...

I was going to say I enjoyed it, music was good, assets are pretty, storytelling is concise, monsters were annoying which is good... and then I got hit with a 'lmao noob' screw you guys

Sadly start button doesn't work - if you fix it let me know and I'll have a play / rate it.

Really fun gameplay! I actually stayed on it a while. Shame that there's not more real difficulty ramp - would be good to maybe have a wider track and walls kill you, or something like that.

I hit escape velocity with Sneaky Mouse and it wasn't even worth shooting balls anymore, just click end day and rake it in! Had a lot of fun, thanks for making - art is really cute and music is solid.

Fun! Controls are good and the level was solid, took me a while to understand that gravity wasn't reversed for part of the level but that I just kept touching one of the floating fellows.

Visuals are nice. Not sure if this is the case and I just missed it, it would be cool to have some sort of test to figure out what is a safe step to jump on - either gauge colours or based on some twisted logic or something.

Nice visuals and it all runs smooth - a bit too fast for my boomer fingers though, could not ever get the hang of repeated wall jumps.

Really fun gameplay! I enjoyed mastering using the different combos and optimising my time running between different spots. Thanks for making it!

The dialogue is funny, thanks for making it

Fun! Speed of movement made it satisfying and scary AF, I was more scared of me running into a cat than them coming to get me.

Super chaotic! Love the design and look, and the music fits really well. It gets impossible to control pretty quickly :D thanks for making it!

Controls a bit frustrating, the music is really lovely and the art is beautiful. After my first big fall from a few stories I did give up... I'd like it if the charge bar was more balanced i.e. going half charge sends you a bit higher up, allows for more granular control. Beautiful game though! thanks a lot.

have not rated yet, will come back later in case it gets fixed - I'm bringing biscuits to the eyeball monster customer creature in level one but can't see anything happening past mouth opening. Good luck!

Meeeao

Had a lot of fun, thanks! A little butthurt that the cat turned evil and killed me before I could figure out that last level, but neither do I want to go through all those unskippable video transitions when I die again.
