I figured it out, check your quest inventory then combine both key parts as if you were crafting at home. 

Next to the quest giver, there is a stool that says "sit" there you can interact with a glass of beer and get drunk

Trying to get the key piece from the dildo statue, have all 3 dildos but text keeps telling me i need to fill all holes. Cant progress. Help appreciated!
