I love how cute this game is! The art style is adorable, and I love the mix between 2D characters in a 3D world. The idea is very fun and silly- I see so much potential! I've always wondered what it would be like if I was a cat causing  mischief wherever I went! I know this game is unfinished, but I'd like to give you some of my feedback:

First, I noticed two glitches/bugs . In the office I swiped the trash can and it clipped through the wall on the left into the little black floor. When I went after it, I got stuck for a moment in that black void but eventually I was able to get back into the room. The second occurred in the garage when I jumped onto the shelf got stuck on the second tier. I was unable to move, jump, or find any other to way out of it unless I refreshed the page.

Secondly, the browser window is so large (at least too big for my screen)! When I try to downsize the page to 90% or lower, the text box in the top left corner crops out. It also crops out when I full screen.

Lastly, is the text a list of objectives? I tried to complete them but I got nothing marked or crossed out.  Though that might just be fault on me, the player, I definitely knocked down several items.

I hope this was helpful! With some music, sound effects, a story, dialogue.. etc I know this can become something amazing! I can't wait to see this one develop further! :)

They are very simple sentences you can translate. But to sum it up for you, the character keeps repeating "I am  tired" "I just want to sleep". The phone had a missed call and the character said "I'm sleeping.. I'm not answering". The clock said "Its time to get up", the sun has been up for hours but they again repeat "I'm very tired. I'll get up later. I need sleep". A knock on the door asks "how are you?" and they reply "I'm not here". Then some food is left in the corner and the character says "I'm not hungry, I don't feel anything". Lastly, at the end it says "I want to... I can't... I really can't... just let me sleep"

I found your channel from this post. You are hilarious and I love the way you edit your videos! You have a new subscriber :)

I believe I noticed a typo in the Rules! The second rule says "our client expects real worlds". Shouldn't it say "words"?

Same thing happened to me, I got all the gems from the other doors just to get stuck in this last one

Same thing happened to me :/ It's really frustrating to lose all your progress like that

I noticed a funny little bug! After you lead the bunnies onto the 3 buttons, go inside and back out of your house, the bunnies aren't on the buttons anymore (which is to be expected). But when you click on the buttons, a text pops up and says "They still seem hungry".

It made me laugh thinking the buttons are hungry xD

What a creative idea and design! My only concern is that the text speed and font make it difficult to read. Being able to click to skip would be very helpful

Ive watched this video of you playing Little Party twice now. You're so funny! And I love all the voices you do, they fit perfectly with the characters!

Really fun game! I got 2608 my first round! :)

I really didn't expect to see the cats dying! OMG the poor cats!

Here's my score from my first run:

I'll have to get back to it another day, I know I can do much better!

Impressive! I love your profile pic btw, I didn't know you could upload a gif!

I fed a lot of birbs :)

Omg we made the same exact bird!

It took me a long time but I finally got all the sushis!!! This game has such an interesting mechanic. I'm not great at platformers so I went into this thinking I wasn't going to like it, but it was a lot more strategizing then I expected!

The sprites are adorable too! Great job! :)

I love seeing everyone's creations in the comments!

I can't help but think these are reminiscent to some characters from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends!

Here's mine:

My favorite faces I made are Chandler Fallows (anime catgirl lover), Messy Steven (messy boy), Brittany Bulldog (murderer), and Roy Handshaker (a gentleman).

I especially love Messy Steven! <3

Omg I love how adorable all of yours are!

I enjoyed watching your gameplay! You are very funny! xD

My high score is 5660!  เป’(โ€ข โœฉแด—โœฉโ€ข)เฅญ

Oh but there are a couple jumpscares! There's quite a few that are just loud noises, but there are 2 moments in particular that happen after the music cuts out ;)

Same here, the door closed on me as I was walking through it and it clipped me through the floor...

What a cute game! I'm glad I stumbled upon this, and I really enjoyed it for the small game it is. I just noticed a glitch during my gameplay, but I couldn't find anyone in the comments with a similar problem. My first day everyone rushed in to get coffees, everything was fine. But each day after that, the customers would get stuck in the door. The doorbell would ring, and they'll just be walking in place in the doorway until another customer walks in. This finally allowed the customer to walk in but leaving the next customer stuck as well. I figured adding the door mat would fix this problem, but it did not. It definitely made the gameplay a lot slower having customers stuck going in one or two at a time. Other than that, I loved the adorable sprites and jazzy music. This is a game that gets addicting fast! <3

Yes it does, a couple of loud audio and visual ones. If you are light sensitive there is also a moment where it "glitches" with flashing colors.

I loved the idea and artstyle of this game, I just can't get past the darn vent area! I've been wandering around aimlessly, but I get the occasional text telling me to "keep going...", giving me some sort of clue that I was on the right track. Now it's been 20 minutes since, and I still haven't been able to find any sense of direction. I don't know if I'm missing or unable to see some kind of clue or map (browser cuts off my screen a little bit). I'm literally running in circles here. Any advice?

Hold Shift

Nice game! I stumbled upon it when I played La Cirque du Manchot Manifique, and I wanted to see what the artist, Poddlesli also worked on.

First of all, I'm not great at platformers, but I like a challenge, and this game was quite the challenge for me. There's just a few things I'd like to point out that I noticed. When I started the game, the timer begins at about 45-60 seconds in, I believe that's because the timer starts when you press "space" on the title screen, not when you begin the actual gameplay. I know some games like to record how long it takes for you to complete the game, but for platformers, I'd prefer a timer that goes down, so there's an added threat to finish a level in time.

Secondly, whenever I collected a piece of cheese and died, the cheese would reappear. For example, since I died so many times in the beginning, I was able to collect 30+ cheese by the time I was on the 3rd level. I think it would be an improvement if the cheese didn't respawn after I collected it the first time.

Aside from those two things, I thought the story was really cute, the intro artstyle was great, and graphics are nice. I know this was a submission for a game jam, but if you ever get the chance to polish this up- this could be a really great game!

Very cute game! I don't think anyone has pointed this out, but when I was at the beach I noticed a typo, "anyone has every said to me". I believe it should say "ever" instead. Other than that, this was perfectly adorable :) The color palette and design is so aesthetically pleasing!

Awesome game! I didn't think I could get so invested a story where the characters are made up of such a little amount of pixels! I just wanted to point out that I noticed 2 typos. When the teacher was talking about the scalpels in the beginning, "organise" should be spelled "organize". And at the very end, when "You lie their, on the carpet", it should read "You lie there". Otherwise, great job! :)

Impressive! :D

Haha this happened to me! I walked right past her and it cut to the "Thank You So Much For Playing!" end scene with the dialogue was still going on top of it

Very addicting game! I got all the way up to the axolotl! :D

I got the exact same score! What a coincidence!

The leaves raise the "health" bar, the mushrooms lower the "health" bar. Maybe raise your mouse sensitivity? It's pretty challenging, but I got to the end on my first try. The story ends after talking about falling in love with his wife.

First of all, the running and climbing animation for the squirrel is very satisfying, I really enjoyed it. I also like the added danger of being on the ground, which keeps you alert and encourages you to fly  from tree to tree. Although, I've had a few issues with this game. Every time I climbed on a branch the squirrel would get stuck for a moment, have a seizure, or the screen would shake. I'm not going to be picky about the design for the title screen, but I will be for the end screen. I was playing on browser and I noticed the "Exit" text is put so far to the right, that it's pushing the "T" beneath it. I'd also recommend adding something else to the end screen other than cutting to a black screen. Lastly, this game used great music and sound effects, I just would've liked to hear a sound effect for when I collect my acorns in the burrow.

Overall, I see a lot of potential with this game, the execution just needed some fine-tuning. If I were to rate this game by itself, not with how well it fits with the "Autumn Game Jam" theme, I'd give this 2 out of 5 stars.

I completely agree, the animation on the tree and on the ground was very satisfying. I was also thinking the same thing for adding a sound effect! When I first put back my acorns in my burrow I wasn't sure if anything happened haha

The Autumn aesthetic is so lovely! I love the warm color palette, and the artstyle is beautiful! Each character was a different animal with unique colors, names, and had their own little personalities. Making the animals still short enough that they have to poke their heads above the counter was so cute, it also makes it exciting that you don't know who's ears you see walking in the door! Designing and serving the jam is simple enough for anyone to get the hang of (though I have to admit, it did take me a try or two). It was also a nice touch to add the little pixel fishing mini-game. I became addicted very quickly! Lastly, I also couldn't help but notice the double entendre of a game about "jam" submitted to "Game Jam", very clever!

Overall, a very well polished and designed game, I could definitely see people buying this on Steam or other platforms. I would give this game 5 out of 5 stars!

This was awesome! I've experienced time-traveling concept games before, but this one is very different. Once everything turned circular, and bunny started running clockwise/counter-clockwise through time, it was mind blowing! It definitely made this game one of it's kind. I really enjoyed it!

Really cute game! I like the 8-bit characters in the 3D environment, it looks so cool! (Aside from the fact that they disappear when you look at them sideways haha). It was nice navigating through the world and all it's little nooks and crannies. Once I saw bigfoot it did give me a few scares! Well done :)

When I got so far ahead I struggled to undo my work. At a few points it wouldn't let me remove the things I wanted to, just because everything was so interconnected.

Really cute game! The first thing that impressed me the most was the artstyle. It's adorably hand-drawn, but then it blew my mind when I realized the room was actually 3D! The only thing I'll have to be nitpicky about is how there's no volume to the fridge compared to all the other 3D objects. Otherwise, the way you combined both styles is very impressive and aesthetically pleasing! The controls are very simple (i.e. feed, pick up poops, and play), which I know was made that way purposefully from reading one of your replies that said, "I was conflicted about whether I wanted to add stats in a UI since I wanted my target players to be younger kids." That is completely understandable. I'm just really disappointed that I couldn't see my dino baby grow big and strong! The last thing I wanted to point out was that my TV didn't show anything when I clicked on it, I'm not sure if that's because I only played in a browser, but every time I clicked on it sometimes it would cut out the background music, sometimes not. So I assume that visuals were supposed to show.

Overall, this is an innovative online Tamagotchi for today's young children that may of not had them. It was so nostalgic for me though! I'm not going to take into consideration my nitpickiness since this game is meant for kids, and the possible glitch I experienced might be because I did not download the game. Personally, I would give this game 4 out of 5 stars!
