i can go really fast but i don’t know what my score is in the end

game’s a fun idea and reminds me of Nodebuster (which i loved!) some of the upgrades are too similarly coloured, the blue ones specifically:

  • a purchased blue upgrade is almost the same colour as another unpurchased one!

muy divertido gg

don’t worry, as a native speaker for 21 years, i still get lost sometimes lol

thank you! in the simplest terms (which i should’ve included somewhere i realised :o):

  • the top letters are getting replaced with the letters below them!

cute idea and cute execution!

absolute cinema actually, i’ve had ideas similar to this but not for a typing game, insane creativity :OOOOOO

once the idea clicked and i saw that YOUR LAST LOCATION SAVES!!?? my jaw was on the floor

glad you enjoyed it! happy to hear you could learn it from the game, and the unlimited mode is really where the learning happens lol

i’ll try make a de/cipher program too! good way to exercise encryption and yeah the narrative’s much bigger than i’d have time for in a gamejam lol

this is a really cute idea, it’s fun! i wish the Restart button grabbed focus when i lose, so i could keep my finger on the Space bar! just to make it that touch faster

the game’s adorable! i don’t know what the cutoff reaction time is, but i never lost!! the artstyle makes me want to play commodore 64 games :D image.png

  • i can add an optional outline shader to all game objects, with a player-selected colour
  • that is something i have ideas for, but i’ll have to swap to the godot MONO (C#/.NET) version
  • i can try make drag-clicking the whole window move it too

i will be doing a house show at YOUR house

yep, the physics were wonky on purpose, but i forgot to add a minimum velocity :/ so they can regularly get to incredible small movement speeds !

not sure when i’m gonna work on this again, got so much to do lmao

exactly! zine culture is all about making it easier to share, tiny / personal / accessible content, made even MORE accessible by digitisation!

i think that’s the mute action happening, if you hold a button during the intro it will mute and unmute the sound. it’s my favourite part of this project :)

no lose state condition, white doesn’t get to play after a player wins, that’s it, i’m making my own Xs & Os !!

thank you!

u always got my back big dawg

got 202, not that bad imo!

please change the bigcartel link to be the DX version’s itch link, i just went on a journey! lol

i guess they’d display after you lose? interesting!

thanks!

pretty simple and fun! i love the visuals too, very good, i got 70 in the end lol

i played endless first and had quite a bit of fun, but then i tried story and it was really fun having two positions to focus on! i love how i have to recognise which lock to finish first

nice little game, it felt like either MY hitbox or the enemy’s hurtboxes were larger than they appear, because once they’re to my left, they are still hitting me D:

pretty nice, at some point it is just like jump roping where you keep the same rhythm, it’s cute too!

oh wow this is pretty fun, i actually really like the menu system AND the rebinding ability!

very pretty, cool game idea too! i think i’d like the game more if the turning AND enemies were both snappier and faster, so it’d be more reflex-based

masterpiece imo, i thought it meant up to 6 players though. i understood once i went 5-6 to the cpu

thank you! what type of animation were you thinking? the package shrinking and then flying away / upwards? or simply shrinking and “popping” out of existence? never thought about an animation for it lol

thank you :D

thank you for playing! that’s what i set out to make :)

thank you! a good educational game is exactly what i wanted!

that’s great to hear! i’ll make sure you can set your own score goal so the timer knows when to end, then you can play as long as you want ;D

yeah i had a bias for using a lot of european countries, i thought about the distance check, or maybe having a round-the-world option where every country can only be used once, so it’s an elimination game mode, thank you for playing!

thank you :D

thank you for playing! that’s a solid time, a lot of people want the globe wrapping lol
