keo has said that they never really wrote down sheet music for most of the tracks, some were made with midi so if those were ever released as midi they could be converted to sheet/tabs. 

i myself transcribed snowfall and train tracks (although both of these songs are keyboard, not guitar) into midi because i was bored one day so you can find those in the comment sections of vol 1 on itch, idk exactly how but im sure there is some kind of software to convert midi to tabs

At the beginning of day 5 for Lake (or maybe end of day 4 idk), the "monologue" from day 4 (when you are leaving town) shows up for some reason and blocks my view of the current "monologue".

for jorgen route, you get put onto route A if you confront jorgen during the concert and route B if you go for a beer instead

major spoilers for mikko route

to get the first bad ending, return to your room at the end of day 1. the second bad ending is much more complex, i believe you have to not go on the walk with mikko, but there is also a way to get back into default route if you miss the walk. theres probably a flowchart somewhere and if anyone wants i can make one if there isnt already one

legacy mode (the old sprites)

all routes start when you have to choose who to stay with for the night during the stargazing (and for torulf you also have to say that you are comfortable around him when he flirts with you). you have to talk to them a few times throughout day 1 to be able to pick them. this is with the exception of gudrun and klaus, who are "special" routes that you can probably find the steps somewhere in the comments. 

also note that jorgen's route splits into 2 paths on day 4, and torulf's path splits into 3 (4?) different routes (dont know when sorry i havent played his route).

not a dev but i can answer a few of those questions
there is 1 more day of the game planned and that will be the end (probably). im sure there will be a few nsfw scenes on day 5

there might be a story continuation beyond dawn chorus, but im pretty sure the game will end at the end of day 5 or maybe morning of day 6

for anyone interested, i made a midi cover of snowfall (more specifically the music box version) here (google drive) (you can probably convert this to sheet music if you wanted to play it yourself) do note im not very good at this kind of stuff so it might be a little off, especially towards the end, but i like the way it turned out

his sprites are some of the only ones in the game that face dead on forward at you so that's why, he could benefit from some head-turning like Rune

klaus path is still being worked on, on patreon there is a build with a little more content i think

i would guess that because the old sprites "arent sfw mode compliant" you need the nsfw patch for them, it feels like i respond to every question with this but do you have the nsfw patch installed?

you can import midi's straight to musescore (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/midi-import), sadly im no music expert so cant help with transcribing the other ones, but if anyone is PLEASE T_T

to add onto what the team said: you can use the console (you will have to create an options.rpy in dawn chorus\game with the text "define config.console = True") to jump to a specific portion (the command is jump.dayX_day_part, with X being the day and day_part being the name of the chunk, you might have to dig in game files to find that specific name). do note that the game might break if any major dialogue choices were skipped. 

old saves arent compatible with 0.50

dawn chorus\game\saves delete everything in there
%APPDATA%\renpy find dawn chorus in there and delete it (unsure about this step, but there are dawn chorus save files in there)

yup, if you look at the files you'll see that the torulf shower thumbnail was placed into the nsfw cg folder, but the calls for it were not changed, so it is trying to pull a file that doesnt exist (in that location) anymore. happens on all devices to my knowledge, you could in theory mess with the code yourself but that would be very complex so for now you can just extract the archive.rpa with a tool like rpaextract, or just simply go back to an older version to see the cgs on that page. 

actually, i take that back, i'm getting the exact same crash (just never noticed it cuz its on the last page). looks to be sqee or whoever organized the cg's forgetting to change the directory of thumbnails oops...

hm well looking through the game files that specific scene isnt in the main cg folder, rather in the cg\nsfw folder, but it works for me so i have no idea

do you have the nsfw patch installed? i would guess the game loads every scene you have unlocked, even if the game files don't contain that scene.

only one more ingame day and then the game is finished !

Is it not possible to load existing save files onto the new build? I keep getting hit with

everyone is always disappointed when they find out travis isnt an actual route so adding him to the list would just add more salt to the wound. also im pretty sure guthrun has an actual mini-route (maybe they could do smth like that with travis but definitely after day 5 is done) 

agreed, the new sprites feel a lot more mature, i cant imagine doing a route like mikko with his goofy old sprite starting at me
although not to say the old ones were bad, they bring a lot of liveliness, but as the game got deeper the sprites were definitely in need of a change

klaus route ending (or at least the end of content rn for him) actually spooked me tf out i closed my game thinking thered be a jumpscare or something 9/10 route cliffhanger ending >:( but still fire cant wait for the rest

mikko route is a full emotional experience disguised as a furry visual novel. would recommend to anyone wanting to cry over some pngs on a screen. 11/10

If anyone's going to get in trouble for this, it'd be the owner, not the users. Not to endorse piracy, but if you already have used this, you should be fine.

i have never played such an emotionally gripping visual novel since maybe adastra. would recommend but be warned for an existential crisis
