Thank you!

Was fun to play. Like the others have said it needs a bit more polish. I think the idea is pretty fun for a puzzle game, you did a really good job at using the theme!

Impressive that you made all this for the jam. The game feels very smooth to play and is decently fun. Great work!

This is one of the more creative interpretations of the jam theme :D

Simple but fun. Good job!

I love the way it looks! You should finish this one off after the jam.

Pretty fun once I got the hang of it!

As others have said it's hard to understand. Visually it looks really nice though!

Hey cool game!

Awesome game I enjoyed playing!

Super fun, I think my guy stopped taking damage tho hahaha. The spells felt nice to use and make and I really like the names of them. Stat increases could have a little pop up of +x increase when they happen. Otherwise it was pretty fun!

Hey thanks! I put a bit too much effort into making it feel good and forgot to design some levels.

Thanks for playing! My enemy is the same enemy I made to get get collision checking working, which is just to pick a random a random direction out of 4 at every move step so it's very basic. I had an idea to have the enemy be able to push blocks too that could be cool.

My idea for the update so far was to create a few levels showing the player each mechanic and maybe do some different shaped levels. I'd also like to do a procedural map endless mode. I wasn't sure how to balance the normal blocks i could make them move one space or just be breakable and add a wind rune that does the current default blocks continuous slide. And a few other ideas for spell blocks. Hopefully a bit more variety and a change of mechanics will make it more fun!

Great level design. You did a good job of easing me into the mechanics with learning by doing, plus the difficulty wasn't instantly hard. Your game is very polished too which is a nice bonus. I gave you all 5s! For sure you definitely deserves more ratings.

Thanks for playing!

Good job with the 3D models!

Fun little game and great art!

Thanks I had fun playing!

I love the characters and vibe this game has going on!

Good job on the game!

I really enjoyed this one and the aesthetic is super nice. Managed to get to the final wave on the first time but died shortly after on endless. Was easy to understand and merging towers felt great. I think it would feel cool with different maps too!

It was fun once I figured out how to merge the numbers. The reseting feels a bit punishing especially if it happens when ghosts are close to you, I could just be bad at the game tho.

Hey nice work! It was fun and I like the dorito with a hat sprite

The movement feels nice it doesn't feel like I lose any inputs!  I love the sprites and animations especially the mole when he changes positions. The game is quite hard which is fine.

Since the games so movement input intensive I ended up finding it a lot easier to play with two hands (left for WASD and right for space), so you could also add an option for LMB to shoot.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! I plan on designing a few levels (to gradually introduce mechanics) and adding/changing the block spells.

I think I could even add puzzle elements to the game if the core loop ends up being a lot more fun.

I love the sound effects reminds me of old school runescape!

Peak, great idea!

I like the art and sounds!

Solid foundation here it reminds me a little bit of Robotron 2084!

Thank you for the feedback! I plan on finishing it with a few levels and trying out the rest of my ideas I had to cut. I think it can be a fun little arcade game if I get it right.

Thank you! You're right, there's too much friction on to use the spells compared to using the regular blocks. I'll have to rethink that aspect of the game.

Fun little game. I was really hoping my bees would pull through on the later levels unfortantenly I couldn't get past level 10.

I only made it to level 8 although it was quite fun. Good job on the polish! It was satisfying to play.

nothing better than driving a forklift

Art

I like the magic system you have here and it's pretty fun to play. The spells felt satisfying to use. A little improvement could be adding some sort of way to keep your aux spell if you accidently pick up another spell.
I love the hand drawn art style too!

Actually quite fun. For these type of games I like to have my selections move towards a build or player identify, here it felt like I just picked whatever gave me the most stats and won. However it's a bit hard to implement something substantial like that in a game jam environment. I like the game nonetheless.

Super cool, the only issue was it's hard to see which wireframe cube is in front if there's more than three stacked on each other. Otherwise it's a super solid game idea.

100% agree with you that it's lacking on the rune design and level design. I haven't made content/levels for a game of my own before., I want to continue developing for an extra few days and create some better levels and add a couple more rune ideas I had to leave out.

Your art style looks really good and is easy to understand. I was unsure what happens after a caster attacks, that section needs more polish. However it seems like it could be a fun game!
