Just incredible vibes.

The game should show the “Press Z to Undo” message and let you back out of the infinite. Did it do that?
(The animation does indeed stop after a while; that’s the point where the puzzle logic part of the game decided to stop. It’s a very imperfect way of handling the situation, and I might try to revisit it!)
Thank you for the very thoughtful feedback! I think you’re exactly right about the difficulty spike; because the xor drawing is the central conceit, it deserved a little more thought about how it’s introduced.
I also agree with the warning sign; it was added early on and never refined as well as it needed to be, and there are a couple of patterns where it’s really needed but is missing entirely.
The rhythm game pattern went through the most revisions for difficulty, so I’m really glad to hear it worked!
Fantastic vibes. I loved the first two thirds, and how the storm lighting complicated the movement.
The last third I started to get frustrated. I’m not sure if it felt like I jumped too high compared to how long I held the jump button, or if it was the very narrow window of how long I had to hold it to make some of the jumps.
But I finished with about 30 seconds to spare, so maybe it’s fine!
A fun little adventure, and I totally get that time constraints complicated things!
Echoing some of the other comments, I would have loved some feedback about what I had, or even what exactly I used. I’m still not sure what let me use the gray octagon or pass the rock in one of the caves, but I got to the end and enjoyed exploring the screens!
This was really fun! The dynamic music was great, and there was a great feeling of power and enemy progression.
The way some of the items stacked led to a couple of weird interactions. Somewhere around 7 bubbles I realized I just wasn’t taking any real amount of damage, and at some point I stopped using the jetpack because I had so many jumps (and trying to count my jumps to figure out when to start holding space instead of tapping it was a little awkward).
But these are minor things; I opened tons of chests, lit all the braziers, and had a bunch of fun!
