I decided to create a new topic on this board regarding this issue that I've been experiencing since the old one got archived.

My comments are still requiring moderator approval and none of the comments I've made for the past two months have even been approved either. Back in December, I submitted a support ticket (329653) and, to this day, have never even gotten so much as a response. I decided to submit another ticket last month (339081) and again, I've yet to receive a response for that one as well, not even a month later.

I really do not want to be bothersome nor am I trying to be rude, but I would really appreciate it if this issue doesn't get ignored, because for the past 2-3 months, that's what it's been starting to feel like.

I get that support staff might be busy, so at the very least, please let the admins know about the aforementioned support tickets.

As the title says, I've been recently experiencing an issue with my comments being withheld for moderator approval as well. I've sent an email to itch.io's support email a couple of days ago but I've yet to receive a response.

Hopefully this gets resolved as soon as possible so that my account can return to being able to post comments normally again without constantly needing moderator approval.
