Hi everyone! I’ve released Living Worlds, a free text RPG for Windows and macOS where you create a setting and play through dialogue and actions written in your own words.
I built it after more than two years of enjoying and refining this style of adventure. It keeps a campaign journal of characters, discoveries, relationships, and commitments, with optional RPG mechanics, inventory, personal notes, and story recaps.
It’s an early release, and I’d love feedback—especially from people who enjoy freeform roleplaying and long-running stories.
An eligible ChatGPT PLUS account and internet connection are required for AI narration. The download is free, with optional contributions.
