Good to hear! I'll try it once it's released, thanks for the reply :)

I like the art a lot, especially the ruins, the lightning, and the biblical angels as enemies (great design!). The music fit the tone really well, good choice.
Things to polish: option to full screen, more audio feedback, didn't get what the skull was for, until I got some damage. Not bad at all, great work!
What a wonderful game! I've finished the demo, but I'm pretty sure that I've missed some spots that I could unlock with the runes. Time to go for a 2nd playthrough :)
The mix of steampunk and dark fantasy works pretty well, and one can notice some hints of Dark Souls (the places to rest) and Thief, but it's really its own thing because of metroidvania powerups and fluid combat, which is already great for a demo!
Maybe the AI of some enemies (zombies) could be a little better (pathfinding), but no complaints from here; maybe it's by design.
I hope you can make this available for Early Access on Steam soon!
It's like a John Carpenter movie - with good "jankiness" included -, with a synth soundtrack to rock! Punchy weapons with great audio feedback. The streets were harder to navigate, but that extra danger was needed for the story, and the boss battles were balanced (not spongy, not to much easy too). Can't wait for a full version (and go to the church!). 10/10
Just finished the game — what an achievement! It feels like a 10/10 shooter from around 2004, and yet it was made by a solo developer. Great pacing, level design, lots of different set pieces to change the gameplay from time to time, no crashes at all, and it's a very gorgeous game to look at!
I'll be here for version 1.1 and real voice acting!
Hi!
If you enjoy retro/boomer shooters, arena shooters, immersive sims, or other FPS, FPP (first-person perspective) games, feel free to follow my page with 150+ recommendations — no horror/AI/asset-flip slop included:

I’d also love to discover other pages that focus on specific genres, such as racing, action, RPG, etc.
Itch.io’s catalog is massive, and finding the real hidden gems can be surprisingly difficult.
Cheers!
After finishing the game for the first time, I picked up the Steam version to chase all the achievements!
The nautical, Lovecraftian atmosphere is excellent—strong level design, marine-themed assets, and subtle background sound effects really sell the mood. Not including music was a great call; it significantly boosts immersion. I'd like to see an expansion of this!
I’ve just finished the first level of the game and —oh boy— this is great! It feels like a mix of Quake and Doom with a great-looking PSX-style coating; the soundtrack is excellent too. And the dark maze at M2 reminded me of Doom's E1M4 *chef kiss*.
One question: does it have a button to run? Missed the armour vest at the very end of M1, because I can't run+jump (skill issue maybe?).
Edit: great upgrade from Ravager, which I also liked a lot!
Amazing demo! Fluid gameplay, punchy weapons, and loved the colorful metroidvania map and that 90's OST - check the beat! - hmm, *chef kiss*! -- About the powerups, I think it should be clearer that one powerup might replace other that your currently have - such as, replacing dash boots with jump boots, or vice verse.
Great job, see you in the full release!
I usually don’t play horror games, but the trailer intrigued me, and I’m glad I gave it a chance — it’s one of the best games I’ve played this year, even compared to other indie or AA titles. Excellent storytelling and incredible attention to detail, down to every nut and bolt of the boat.
I'd love to return to this universe that you've built!
