Hey there! The files here on itch are specifically for a Game Boy Color emulator or to burn to a flashcart. I wanted to have the raw GBC version available for people to snag if they’re interested, but the Windows/MacOS ports are only on Steam. Sorry for the confusion!

I was not expecting Sticko mode to play like a rhythm game, that was awesome! Super neat concept, love the blending of gameplay.

Those balls of ice cream look freaking delicious, something about low-poly food makes me super hungry. Really enjoyed the variety of flavors also being your different ammo / weapons. 

Hmmm, this one reminds me of... Mine! ^.^ Love that someone else did an ice-cream conveyor belt - I tried to make mine play similar to that old pizza making mini-game from Club Penguin, and this one has a similar game feel as well. Putting ice cream on top of regular food is really silly and fun!

Love the aesthetics and that F-Zero feeling!

Wow, I'm terrible at this! It definitely gets the cogs turning in my brain though, kind of distills that "game jam" deadline feeling into a nice little loop. Great work!

I did use a Game Boy Camera, yes! This game actually will run on real hardware too :)

Very fun! That "Monkey Mode!" Sound effect is gonna be stuck in my head forever lol, I love it!

Hey, thanks for the feedback! The main gameplay is definitely repetitive and tedious, I won’t disagree with you there hehe - I wanted to have Clown Mode make the actual ingredients themselves switch, but even if I had gotten that working it wouldn’t fix the repetition, it’d only make some of the levels more frantic. I’m definitely gonna keep all of this in mind if/when I come back to this project post-jam, thanks again!

Edit: There is a second ending if you do poorly on the last level! I forgot to delete a line of code by accident when testing the good ending, but that’s fixed now :D
