Hey everyone! My name is Fausto, but you can call me Ishi. I'm an 18-year-old game programmer with a lot of passion, and I'm looking for an artist to join my development team.

What's the project about? I'm looking for someone to work alongside. This isn't a professional company proposal, but rather something to start creating, learning, and growing together. For now, the project is unpaid, but my policy is total transparency: the moment we release games and they generate revenue, the profits will be split EXACTLY 50/50 between us, no exceptions.

What I'm looking for: more than a partner, a companion. Beyond the assets, I'm interested in building a team where there's a good friendship. I want someone I can chat with, debate ideas with, and get along well with outside of work.
