it's an engine limit — the little icon speech bubbles are very limited in variety, so I'd assume it's just friendship unless otherwise hinted at with "blushing" or "fidgeting".
It's still happening with v1.6 and v1.7 too—opening the Windows History, Cookies, Globalization, User Desktop, Pictures, Documents, Downloads, System Resources, x86 Program Files (not the non-x86 one??)… even the damn System 32 gets hit.
