Mushroom girls were never meant to have nipples. The spots are meant go kinda remind of bra. Also ender puffballs got changed in base version of mod, just so they are now less suggestive.
Overall, m&g is a kinda suggestive mod at most, and not fully nsfw. It's meant to be cutely thicc and not openly sexual.
Long story short, I stopped developing it and I don't wanna be associated with the mod anymore. I don't feel comfortable making nsfw fetishy minecraft content anymore and I'd even say that I hate it.
I am now only focusing on sfw mods, such as monsters&girls.
The second developer is still slowly making their progress on IMG and we decided to change the site.
