Thank you for sharing your system! I really like the idea of having a dream-game right before sleep. In fact, that's kind of what Im doing already (especially after playing RPG it happens automatically in my head before sleeping), but having a system sounds like a fun idea.

That being said, I think your PDF needs a lot more explanation. Please don't take this as an attack, I just want to share some questions which might be helpful to improve the game:

What exactly is the Calendar Cypher?

If Im understanding it correctly, the Calendar Cypher is always the ordinal number of the date, right? So on the 1st of october, the Cypher would be 1, on the 2nd of November the Calendar Cypher is 2, etc. (It doesnt change if its a different month/year). Or  is the Cypher the ordinal number of todays date + the calculation you're using in order to get a rolling mechanism? In the PDF it looks like you are using the same term ("Calendar Cypher") for two things.

Whats the order in which you play the game?

I think it would be very helpful if you could write down a page of a play.

How do you keep track of everything? For me, the multiple numbers (Stats, Fate Points, Harm Limit) sound a bit too much, especially if Im in the middle of falling asleep.. :)
