Just an update for anyone that might have the same problem. I downloaded and updated the game via the itch.io app (link on oneortheother's) comment and now it works.

Hello! I just bought the game and when trying to play it on windows, it gives me a "nw_elf.dll not found" error. I rebboted the laptop, and downloaded again a couple of times, but the error didn't go away. I even tried downloading the dll file and now it gives me another error saying "0xc000007b". Does anyone know how to fix it?
