Do you know why it could happen? I still didn’t get a reply from the support

My account has more than 10 games published and I never had this problem before. But last month I published a new game, at first I thought the new game isn’t indexed yet(all my previous games got indexed instantly as I published them) but then I realized all of my games disappeared from search.

I read the rules and faq but I wanted to create this topic since it’s been a month and I’ve read in previous threads that sometimes ticket might get lost and need a bump) I created the ticket at 7th february. (Ticket id 256310).

As rules said, why I believe my games should be indexed. I believe they should be indexed like before since I didn’t do anything different. I uploaded all the necessary content said in the rules. Everything was working fine. So I don’t see a reasons that they should be removed from search.

Of course if there’s anything I can do, I’ll gladly do it. I just couldn’t figure out what’s wrong.
