Copy/Paste for browsers games on Itch.io is a bit tricky. There's lots of security policies both on Itch and in your browser that will try to prevent an embedded app from using the clipboard (all Itch games are embedded in an iframe on the page). Basically, this is to prevent some nasty embedded advertisement from pulling information out of your clipboard without your consent. Unfortunately, this means that copy/paste doesn't work in Itch games either.
There are some workarounds I can try. If I can find something that works consistently, I will update the app and let you know!

The short and easy answer is: no, I don't require any payment or licensing for your use of the cards, even physical prints for commercial use. Good luck with your game!
The more involved and difficult answer is that I don't own most of the built-in art, and I don't technically have the ability to transfer the rights to use the card images to someone else. This means that some of built-in card frames and icon art may be covered under licenses that require attribution or require separate licenses if you want to use them commercially. This differs on a case-by-case basis for each asset, so if you're concerned about this and would like a link to the original art asset for any particular cards or icons, please let me know.
Our Google Play app store account has been suspended while we wait for some stupid verification required by Google. We hope very much that it will be back up soon.
More information for anyone interested. Basically because our company physical address last year, an organization called DUNS cannot confirm if we are a real business. This DUNS verification is being required by Google for all publishers now. We have submitted the new documentation and are just waiting on DUNS and Google to get their collective acts together and re-enable our account.
First of all, whatever custom icon you upload will be resized to a 100x100 pixel square. It will first scale the smaller axis (width or height) to 100 pixels, then cut the larger axis to 100 pixels. So for example, if you have a portrait-shaped image it will trim the top and bottom, and if you have a landscape-shaped image it will trim the left and right.
The icon image will then be scaled to fit the location on the card. The large icons at the corners are 100x100 px, the smaller icons at the left and right sides are 60x60 px, and the inline icons are 30 px.
All of the icon locations themselves are in a fixed position and cannot be moved (at least for now).
So... if you want to make sure your custom icons are in alignment, just create them on a square canvas of any size. Then when they are uploaded to the app, they will be scaled appropriately based on where you put them.
For the BBCode on icons, let me do some testing and see how the user experience is entering them on those small text boxes. I had considered adding this functionality before, so I'll take another look now. Thank you for the suggestion!
Could you explain a bit more about what you'd like to do? What sort of raw file or template do you mean?
I could certainly add BBCode on the icons as well, but during testing I found that it was easy to make them look bad with the font sizes, etc. So I kept it as 2 lines with a fixed size to make it easier for everyone.
Haha, sure! OPSE 2 (completely new app, only slightly updated rules) is in work and should be entering beta soon. Some things it will have: built-in dice roller, custom tables, multiple session save/load, all entries editable, add images to story chain, and improved suit domains. It will also open the door for a lot of new features in the future as requested by the community (such as landscape mode, multiplayer, and optional AI chat integration).
Yes, it's some sort of policy issue with Google and they've suspended our account (it's a constant struggle with them). I'm strongly considering ditching the app stores entirely for OPSE 2 and just doing a progressive web app. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon and the listing will be back up.

So, I have some good news! A new version of the OPSE app is in development that fixes everything you mentioned and then some. The new app will include a built-in dice roller, the ability to edit entries, save and load multiple story chains, and create your own custom tables. It will also likely include some new wording to make suit domains easier to read and understand along with a number of other quality of life improvements.

Glad you're enjoying OPSE! One way to add in unexpected random events is to leave the jokers in the deck and then add a Random Event (Action Focus + Topic Focus) when you draw one. You could add a Pacing Event as well if you wanted. I think a Pacing Event would tend to escalate the current situation and a Random Event would move it in a new direction.
A good question! The first page is the oracles themselves and is technically all you need to play. That is the one page in One Page Solo Engine. For people who want a bit more, I also added a second page of optional Generators. The third page is just some information on how the system was built and some tips on using it.
