I would try to download a game and get a compressed folder that I would not be able to access. The folder would not show up in the downloads tab either even though it was supposedly located there. I could only find it on the quick access tab, but, as I said before, I did not not have access to it and was not able to open it or extract the files. This has happened with every game I have tried to download. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?
