Load save file is what you use to continue from whatever save point you select. Overwrite save file means you replace an existing save point with a new one.

The reason for directing people to Steam is simply the way the Steam algorithm works. Wishlists are important and make Steam recommend the game to more people/in more places. There is no offline version for the demo yet since there is no offline version for the full game either. We're waiting to release a one-time purchase offline version on Itch/Steam to give Patreon supporters priority access.

There are currently no plans to extend the free version any further.

Both other futa and futa on male content is in the latest full version of the game, although the futa on male content is still a little difficult to reach.

There's plan for optional elements like that in some of the endings. There's a poll on Patreon that contains the option for a route as well, but it's not the winning option at the moment.
