Try installing the mod again. Sorry for the delay—I lost track of the replies—but reinstalling usually fixes this bug. Also, check if that image is actually in the game files.

the spanish version is a another mod creator who translate my mod, But since I updated very recently, I imagine his version is currently outdated, but only because I updated very recently. You can find it on Nexus.

hey, is me here again, im making a mod for the Idol of fear(i really love the game), but maybe i can help you finish this game too, or at least do the unfunny part for help this game to come out fast :), I'm saying this because I'm genuinely interested in this too. We could divide the tasks (For example, you could stay in the arts and I could go into programming, or something like that. you are the boss), and I'm saying this sincerely, without meaning to offend you. Obviously, it would be free; I just really want to help with projects that I find interesting.

The images and such aren't encrypted, but once you export the project, it's encrypted so others can't edit your game, you know? But I've already figured out how to get around that, thanks.

I'm asking because the way it's encrypted isn't working for me to open using known methods. I don't know if you used a different version of the MV or if something you used made decryption difficult. I was going to ask for the open version, but the mods would obviously work on the encrypted version.

This means there was an error during installation, in the way you extracted it, or that it's incompatible with another installed mod. Try reinstalling with a clean version of the game.

What do you mean? It could have been an error in the artwork itself, or during compression if it's just one frame (one from our side, in this case).

The Spanish version has already been released; the Portuguese version is still being worked on.

I don't know what the problem was with itch.io, probably It was that error that occurred on the international Cloudflare servers, it took down a lot of things,like Twitter and etc,  in my country it was only resolved recently, but I can send you an access link, but how? thanks im gonna have that in mind, i really like the ideia.(Let's see how it would work, we're trying to make it as compatible as possible with other mods. Modifying existing maps is sometimes tricky to maintain compatibility, but we'll evaluate it, lmao.)

try reinstalling the mod in a raw steam version of the game, I test that and some of my testers too, and no one has this bug, we play on a legitimate steam version, and we try the mod in a raw version some times.

I don't see why not add lmao, I just can't tell you when because it's not exactly in the plans, but it's not something that sounds impossible.

This is strange, the version I have has this, and I tested it now and the mod is still working, do you have the latest version of Steam? Remember that parallel copies often modify one file or another to be able to play, which can result in incompatibilities, or maybe you have ever installed another mod? Or tried to use an existing save? Sometimes an existing save can conflict.
