Yeah we hear ya, thanks for the feeeback. We’re gonna be releasing a new version after the jam that has a smoother difficulty curve to start the game for sure

If you want an easy way out of the hole in the meantime, you can use this trick

We totally hear your feedback about the difficulty of the hole, but have no fear! There is some special movement tech that can make the hole almost trivial!

If you want to conquer the hole  on your own, feel free to ignore this.

But if you want a little tip check this out! Also, there is an explanation of how to do the movement tech in the description of the youtube video :D
