The padlock is next to the TV in the living room of the Boys' dorm. Go to the Peacock Plaza behind the main building, on the way to the gym. Go to the Harrison House and then click on the observatory, which can be seen on top of a hill at the back. The Astronomy class hasn't been implemented yet.

Angie is part of the secret room you can access through the Black Stone Monument in the TV room. It's called the Wall of Prankmasters, click on the lion, choose the roses poem and you'll get in.
