The padlock is next to the TV in the living room of the Boys' dorm. Go to the Peacock Plaza behind the main building, on the way to the gym. Go to the Harrison House and then click on the observatory, which can be seen on top of a hill at the back. The Astronomy class hasn't been implemented yet.

Use the bus stop at the gate of the academy, not the parking lot.

Angie is part of the secret room you can access through the Black Stone Monument in the TV room. It's called the Wall of Prankmasters, click on the lion, choose the roses poem and you'll get in.

You can use your bed to change the daytime. Then you can click on her door to trigger the scene.

You get it by completing Miss Dawson's quests along with the Halloween party invitation
