Great concept, loved the dashing mechanic, felt a little like i was walking on ice the whole time. but overall, great effort! Check out my game, you'd be surprised how similar our ideas were!
The delay on the camera reaching the player is aesthetically pleasing. Functionally, it works against the player. I want to see what's ahead on my way not where I came from.
You’re absolutely right. The original intention was to open a portal to the other dimension within a certain radius from the mouse. Plans changed for time constraints and controls were left non revised. Thanks for giving me something to consider for next oterations!
Thanks for the feedback! Did you try WASD keys instead of arrow keys? The intention was to play this as f you’re playing a first person shooter. Do you have another suggestion for controls?
