Really great take on this kind of platformer. I think the tutorial/introductory information was a bit too fast, so something like a ready button could have helped. Other than that I think this is a very polished and well made game!
I really liked the idea of making deals. The only problem I found is that the fine becomes irrelevant if you are given a large enough deal. Given that you made this with only less than, I think you did an awesome job!
