The very last classroom  harasser hint says to keep walking around to trigger the event. I've done all the in classroom scenes and the production lab scenes, and I have all prerequisites, but the event just won't trigger. It's been at least two months in game. Is it just that rare or am I missing something?

Yup, I've done all of that. I've seen every scene of his except this last one, and the hint says exactly "Keep walking around campus, but not to the Library or Student Parking. You're waiting for an event to occur." This event hasn't occurred for over a month in game, probably closer to two.

Will there ever be a way to change event probabilities? I've been walking around campus for ages like the hint said for the Classroom Hassler, but I still haven't gotten it, and it's been like a month in game.
