Getting closer! It's real funny how things wind up looking when I plop 'em into the game. Shouldn't take long before they're all patched up and ready! Just some writing updates, tweaks, and [Alan] and then we'll be getting back to proper monthly updates!

To be honest, I'm currently too preoccupied to worry about localizing Sihai's Legacy to other languages (although, Chinese would be my first pick). I'm not sure I could officially and actively support a translation of Sihai. Unofficially, however, if some fan were willing to go out of their way on their own to make a translation of the free to play, itch.io build and post it for Chinese audiences, I wouldn't mind so long as proper credit and references are given due.

He's always been a side character :V He's got relevance ofc (especially in Jehu's route) but he doesn't have the same sort of relevance as, say, Jehu himself

Sorry, Rob's very nice and would surely have an excellent route in any other game, but for the sake of Sihai's overall story it's better that he remain a side character. (There'll be plenty of Rob content though, don't worry!)

To be totally honest, this does have me massively worried, but I think what I'm going to have to do is open up the patron-exclusive discord server to the general public (once I get back on track, of course). That should at least let me better foster growth and such when itch and other places don't work for that

He'll be added eventually, but there's a few more characters I want to get through first! Basically the order I'm putting people in there is based on what route gets updated and who's relevant to that route. For example, next update is Paul (...whenever I finally get to actually write the dang thing), so Toma will be showing up there. After that is Alan's, so Barry will show up!

Since the schedule from there is gonna be a little weird when we're back on track, I imagine the updates after that will have a lot more of the "general" characters. People like Eric, Alex, and Richard that show up in every route.

I'm not sure yet, gotten a bunch of work done on Paul and some ways through Alan, but I've been kept away from working on the art lately :V I'll let y'all know when an update's coming, though!

Hi! It'll be a hot minute, I have a lot of Paul and general sprite stuff to take care of before we get back (kinda) on track. I'm not sure when exactly it'll be done, but I'll be making a post when we're close to another release

'cause I haven't gotten around to drawing up most of the backgrounds, unfortunately. Putting that kinda filter thing up is just something I do to slightly mask that they're just images off of google images :V (some of them are definitely worse than others, I think)

I do plan on remaking all of the backgrounds to be more like the MC's bedroom or living room, which shouuuld get easier if something I'm planning happens
